Travel

The ComplyConnect Conference & Expo will be held at the beautifully renovated Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

The Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa features seven signature restaurants and lounges, four championship golf courses, a 13,000-square-foot spa sanctuary, four expansive pools, a tennis court and more, as well as being conveniently located near the endless shopping, live music and food that makes Austin famous.

The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located in Austin, Texas, approximately 18 miles, or 30 minutes, from the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW) is located in Dallas, Texas, and is approximately 213 miles, or four hours, from the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

COVID-19

The ComplyConnect Conference & Expo is an in-person event, and as such will follow all local and state COVID-19 mandates and resort requirements, and we ask our attendees to do the same. You can get additional at:

In the event the ComplyConnect Conference & Expo must be cancelled, registrants will have the option to receive:

  1. A full refund.
  2. Credit for the full amount of registration fee toward a future event.

ComplyConnect assumes no liability for any costs, charges or penalties incurred by the attendees (e.g., airfare) should the conference be cancelled or rescheduled.

All sponsorships include at a minimum:

  • A 6' x 6' table-top exhibit booth with table cover
  • Two event registrations for staff and 25% off additional exhibitor passes
  • Two chairs
  • Access to electrical power
  • Logo included

Cancellation

Attendees who wish to cancel their registration and receive a full refund, minus the $150 registration fee, must submit a written cancellation request to hello@complyconnectexpo.com 30 days prior to the conference start date.

Due to group commitments, no refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference start date. After 30 days, you can receive a 50% registration fee credited toward a future event. The credit is good for use within one year from the date of the written cancellation notice.

Registrations are transferrable to another party at any time prior to the conference start date. ComplyConnect will not honor requests for refunds or credits received after the conference start date.
